Policies
Thank you for choosing us for your cruise experience. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey for you and your guests. Please take note of the following terms and conditions:
1. Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule the booking date up to two times, as long as the new date is not within 7 days of the original booking.
2. Damage or Loss: In the unfortunate event of any damage or loss to the boat caused by you or your guests, you will be responsible for providing full compensation for the value of the losses incurred.
3. Cancellations and Refunds: Please be aware that there are no cancellations and refunds unless the cancellation is caused by a Butina operational issue.
4. Right to Refuse/Cancel Trips: The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any trip due to technical, operational, weather, or safety reasons.
5. Refunds for Company Cancellation: In the event of a trip cancellation initiated by us due to operational issues, you will be entitled to a full refund.
6. Arrival Time: To make the most of your booking, we kindly request you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled trip time.
7. Delays: We will not be responsible for any delay in the departure time of the trip caused by you or your guests. However, to assist late arrivals, we offer the option to deliver guests via speedboats accommodating up to 7 people, for a nominal cost of 300 dirhams, subject to availability.
8. Safety Measures: Please note that we do not provide lifeguards, and we do not take any responsibility for the care of children or their well-being during the trip.
9. Liability: You, as the client, will bear full responsibility for any damage to the boat, furniture, or any other property on the boat, as well as any injuries to you, your entourage, or others during the trip.
10. Dry Boarding: For the protection of our assets and facilities, we strictly prohibit boarding the boat while wet. A penalty of 1,000 dirhams will be imposed in case of violation. External showers are provided to help you and your guests remove salty seawater before boarding.
11. Towels: Please ensure you bring your own towels for drying purposes before boarding. Alternatively, towels can be rented from the marina at a cost of 20 AED per piece.
12. Confetti Policy: The use of celebration confetti inside the boat is strictly forbidden, and a fine of 1000 AED will be applicable in case of non-compliance.
