Verktadue as a charter boat may carry up to six passengers at a time per USCG regulations.

The captain reserves the right to inform law enforcement (Coast Guard, Cleveland Metropark Police, Ohio Dept of Natural Resources, County Sherriff, Cleveland Police Harbor Patrol, or others) of any and all infractions. Violators will be escorted off the boat and out of the marina area without a refund. There will be absolutely NO LITTERING of foreign matter of any kind in the waters of Lake Erie or its tributaries. Any associated fees or fines will be paid by the passengers. No-shows will be charged the full fee, with no exceptions. Late arrivals without notice will be simply deducted from their scheduled time as there may be another booking on the same day. No partial credit will be given.
