subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the contract rate or the negotiated rate

# Low Season Period: if cancellation less than 7 days (1 weeks) prior to departure shall be
subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the contract rate or the negotiated rate

#For cancellations made within 24 hours prior to departure shall be subject to a cancellation
charge of 100% (percent) of the contract rate or negotiated rate
