- All charters include captain, safety equipment, local fuel, still/sparkling/coconut waters, chips/light snacks, cups, ice, towels, cooler, etc.
- All rentals must hire USCG licensed captain (we can recommend our favorites!)
- Feel free to BYOB
- All guests must sign liability waiver before the boat can leave the port
- All trips must be within daylight hours
- No red wine
- Zero tolerance drugs policy - no exceptions
