65' SeaRay Luxury Mega Yacht! Immaculate Condition!

Zack and his crew were great, we had the most amazing time on his boat. Commutation with the owner was very easy, we were treated and taking care well. My friends and i had an awesome time and will recommend this 100% to anyone.

Can’t review the Ivy since I was changed to another boat. However, the boat we did get was clean and accommodating. I believe it was the Dakiti. Our original date was for June 6th (our wedding anniversary), but it somehow got double booked so they asked if we can change it to the 5th. I did get a Seabob included for the day but the captain and crew were unaware until I showed them the text (which we were ALL included on). That was super fun once we were able to use it, battery drained real quick and unsure if it was even charged all the way. We went to an alternate island then planned because the captain mentioned higher waves at those locations compared to where we went which was calm water. Another boat pulled up and connected with us which was okay but kinda weird and stayed a few hours with us. I would definitely do it again.

The boat was beautiful and as described. Plenty of space for all to catch some sun (or shade). It was stocked with great water toys and activities. The real gem was the crew. Elliot, Marivi and Gabriel went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of.

Loved the boat and the crew! They made our day incredibly enjoyable and we couldn't have asked for a better time.

While the communication was relatively decent, our trip was canceled the night before we were supposed to go. I understand mechanical issues arise, but this seemed a little fishy. Zack advised he could help book us through another owner or we could go on his other boat for an additional $1000. Now the good business practice would’ve been to take us out on his other boat for the same price. When we denied that, he found us another charter for the exact same price. The boat was smaller and not as new as the one we had booked. Zack didn’t refund us anything and said he would lay the other company himself. We had other things scheduled during our stay and said Thursday was the only day we were available after shuffling some things around. Everything was agreed upon and we thought we were set. Then late Tuesday the new charter said they double booked for Thursday and wanted us to go out Wednesday. Again we moved some things around and made it work. I signed the electronic contract that stated we could “cruise” and signed off on the physical paperwork on the boat which stated the crew fee was $400. We were all loaded up and the captain said he needed to call the office to verify everything. He came back to me and stated I owed an additional $700 because that is what Zack said was owed on our balance. I had already paid for the charter in full through Zack and the money owed was for the crew fee. They were not going to leave the dock until we paid. After a phone call it was determined that they would leave for $700 and their crew fee of $400 wasn’t valid. We also had issues on board when we asked to “cruise” for the last hour and a half. They refused to do so until they called the office again and after 45 minutes of going back and forth they took us on a slow drive back to the dock. I failed to mention the charter was a half hour late leaving the harbor.

We had the best day on Zack’s boat with his crew. Captain Elliot and Mari are the best along with the Gabriel’s. The boat is amazing and won’t disappoint. Our favorite day of the trip. Thank you so much for the amazing day!

Had an absolute blast on the yacht! The vibes were amazing & cruising with the boys made it unforgettable. A core memory for us. The yacht was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Definitely the highlight of my trip. Crew and Captain were also very chill, nice & helpful. Booking this yacht every time I come back to Puerto Rico! Thank you Zackary.

Magnificent day on the Ivy. It was, hands down, the best day we had in Puerto Rico. We were lucky to be accommodated due to a last minute cancelation at the Ritz Carlton and we were so very grateful. The elegant presentation of our light lunch we requested and the service of our crew was wonderful. There were plenty of toys provided for us on the island to make the day fun for all. Zack and his crew provided excellent service! I had a few followup questions after the charter and Zack was very quick to respond to my messages! The boat is STUNNING and very well maintained (this comment coming from being a boat owner myself). The crew kept us safe and fed the entire time! I will be booking again!

Elliot and Mariana were the best team. They were very welcoming and helped curate the best birthday yacht party. The IVY is a beautiful vessel. Very clean. The next time Im in Puerto Rico I would book again!

We were unable to experience the Sea Ray Yacht (the Ivy) as there was a cancellation the day before our trip due to Unexpected propeller maintenance issue. However the captain reached out to us and we were immediately rebooked on the Neptunus 60' yacht which was the exact same size and layout as the Ivy. The staff and the boat ride were amazing. They were attentive and they helped to make sure we had a great time the entire ride. My only concern was they had a jetski on the boat which was an additional cost to rent ($400). It would have been great to know about this in advance so we could budget accordingly. We ended up renting the jetski and using the other water toys included. Overall the ride was a great time and a memorable experience. This was my first time using Sailo and I will definitely use again.

The owner was a pleasure to work with. Everything he said about the boat was true. I originally thought the picture he posted was from a Sea Ray brochure, but it's the actual boat. Crew was great and we had a tremendous day on the water.

Amazing time, had small children with me as well ages 3, 5 and 8 as well as teens and this was a great time for everyone! Brought food that was cooked on the boats grill and the crew was amazing and professional in doing this! The island 🏝 had crystal clear waters ans colorful fish to see while snorkeling.... Will definitely book again on my next trip to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷! Thanks again to the crew thwy mad the experience that much better!

It was an amazing time. We loved the captain and crew guy. They were helpful the whole time. We were able to play music and there were plenty of chargers.
