Policies
1. **Maximum Capacity**: The Cruiser 36 can accommodate up to 9 guests. Please adhere to this limit for safety and comfort.
2. **Check-in and Departure**: All guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in reduced trip time.
3. **Alcohol Policy**: Beer is provided onboard, but guests are welcome to bring additional alcoholic beverages. However, excessive drinking and unruly behavior will not be tolerated for safety reasons.
4. **Smoking**: Smoking is allowed in designated areas onboard. Please ask the captain for the appropriate location.
5. **Swimming and Water Activities**: All guests must follow the crew's instructions when swimming or using water toys (floating mats, etc.). Safety equipment, including life vests, is available and must be worn when instructed.
6. **Children Onboard**: Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Life vests are mandatory for children when on deck.
7. **Footwear**: Please remove shoes before boarding to protect the yacht's surfaces. Only soft, non-marking footwear is allowed onboard.
8. **Trash and Cleanliness**: Please help keep the yacht clean by disposing of trash in designated areas. Do not throw anything overboard.
9. **Respect the Crew and Equipment**: Please respect the captain, mate, and all equipment onboard. Damages caused by negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges.
10. **Pets**: Pets are welcome onboard. Please ensure they are well-behaved and supervised at all times.
11. **Weather Conditions**: Trips are subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to unsafe weather conditions. The captain will make the final call on cancellations, and guests will be informed in advance.
12. **Cancellations and Rescheduling**: Please review our cancellation policy regarding refunds or rescheduling trips due to personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
