Enjoy a Private Yacht Charter Through Fort Lauderdale (No Hidden Fees)

This boat is the exact opposite of truly opulent. The listing has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath, however, we did not see any of the bedrooms, and they were not available for our use, clearly because the Captain and his father were down there majority of the time.
The captain did not listen to our wishes, we asked for calm waters due to a couple passengers being prone to motion sickness, however, our wishes were disregarded and we were taken in the ocean route which had 5 to 6 foot swells and took almost 3 hours to get to our destination. We kept asking how much longer and they kept telling us just a few more minutes, needless to say it took hours. Just be honest about the length of time that it’s going to take to get to a destination in rough waters, and be mindful of your passengers! Then we find out that we could’ve went a whole different way, which would’ve been more Scenic no turbulence. Needless to say one of the passengers physically got sick because the waters were rough and we were out there for three hours holding onto our seats! It was a terrible experience.
The area where we finally anchored was subpar, considering that the boat next to us where the guy had been living on the boat for three months, and had trash cans floating in the water and was an eye sore. It was such a bad experience we asked to leave early, then we got taken on an extended tour when we just wanted to get back. The Captain did not listen to anything that we asked for, and the boat was not clean, didn’t even provide hand soap in the bathroom. Needless to say this experience for two individuals birthdays ended up being a terrible day on the water and was nothing like what we expected.

The Captain and assistant Arnold provided the most exceptional tour service i've had in my life (I have been boat chartering / touring for over 10 years). They were professional, very knowledgable, had strong attention to detail and provided an exceptional tour experience. Our family will always remember and cherish this trip. We had a great day on "debt!" Giovanni and his dad were attentive, easy to talk to and lead us on a great itinerary for our anniversary trip. They had water, snacks, speakers and towels all aboard to make the trip comfortable. Would recommend!

Experience was 1000/10. My friends and I are already talking about the next time we can book with Giovanni.

What made this trip, was us experiencing an insane storm about half way through; however, Giovanni and his team were complete bosses navigating around it. They were able to take huge safety measures that kept us safe and get away from it. Overall, it was super professional, very hospitable, and a ton of fun.

P.S. - the kayak and snorkeling will be on our next booked trip!

Our trip was amazing! We had such a great day and would recommend to anyone and everyone! We booked last minute on a getaway with our 3 kids and they made everything perfect for a very awesome day!
