Flexible 100% return policy up to 24 hours of booking.
Weather cancellations are considered day of based on forecasts and radars. Rescheduling or full refunds may be offered.
$150 cancellation fee within 12-24 hours.
No refund within 12 hour cancellation.
Please be on time for your booking. We have a 30 minute grace period from booking start time; $50 late fee after the 30 minutes to continue with the rental. If you do not show up within an hour of the booking start time, charter will be canceled, without a refund.
We can accommodate a different start time if availability permits with at least a 2 hour notice.
Booking return has a 30 minutes grace period. If you return later than 30 minutes of your scheduled booking return time an additional $50 fee will be charged. This accumulates for every 30 minutes until your return.
You can extend your time in advance @ a rate of 50/hr. if availability permits**
Full refund if renter cancels 3 days or more before the trip start date.
No refund if renter cancels 2 days or less before the trip start date.
