No Red Wine: Red wine is not allowed onboard to prevent stains and spills.
Respectful Conduct: We expect all guests to conduct themselves respectfully. Inappropriate behavior, including the presence of hookers, will not be tolerated.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on all boats.
Life Jackets: Life jackets must be worn at all times while the boat is in motion.
Alcohol Consumption: Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol and drink responsibly on board. However, the boat operator must remain sober at all times.
Capacity Limits: Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the boat.
Cleanliness: Keep the boat clean and dispose of trash properly.
No Swimming While Moving: Only swim in designated areas when the boat is anchored.
Follow Instructions: Adhere to all instructions given during the safety briefing and follow local boating regulations.
Pets: Only service pets and small dogs are allowed on board.
Report Damages: Report any damage or malfunction to Reina Boats immediately. Renters are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
Timely Return: Return the boat on time. Late returns will incur additional charges.
