Policies

Boat Rules
Please arrive 15 minutes early.
PAYMENT POLICY: Full Payment amount will be required at the start of the charter, a minimum 20% tip is standard and expected to be split between captain and crew.

CANCELATION POLICY: If you cancel within- 0-7 days of your charter date you will NOT be refunded. Rescheduling is available until 3 days before your trip.

WEATHER CANCELATION: Florida weather is volatile but often comes in short bursts full refunds will be issued if we cancel due to unsafe weather, there will be no refund for client cancelations.

DAMAGES AND FINES: If damage is caused to the boat or accessories there may be additional fines based on the value of the item/items damaged, If excessive cleanup is required (Vomit, Urine, Feces, etc) there will be a $200 cleaning fee.
