Cancellation Policy

For Overnight Charters If you cancel more than forty-five days prior to your date of departure, we will refund all monies received less $500.00 administrative fee. Cancellation less than forty-five days before your date of departure will result in the forfeiture of all monies received by us.

For All Day Sails If you cancel more than thirty days prior to your date of departure, we will refund all monies received. Cancellation less than thirty days before your date of departure will result in a $150.00 cancellation fee.
