On our photo voyage, we'll explore breathtaking islands, mysterious jungle waterfalls, and stunning locations from the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean." We sail to remote sandy beaches and dive into colorful reefs to discover the diversity of the underwater world with colorful fish, majestic stingrays and fascinating turtles.
In addition, hot springs, delicious Creole cuisine, picturesque colorful villages as well as chocolate factories and fruit and vegetable plantations await us with varied motifs. Weather related cancellation: in case of extreme weather conditions that could endanger the safety of the crew, the charter provider reserves the right to cancel or postpone the booking. In such cases, an alternative solution will be offered, such as rebooking to another date or a refund of the booking amount minus a handling fee.
Late or no-show bookings: It is important that the crew arrive at the meeting point on time at the agreed upon time. In case of late arrivals, the charter provider may limit the waiting time and reserves the right to cancel the booking or shorten the charter period accordingly. In case of no-show without prior notice, the full booking amount may be charged.
Safety Considerations: The safety of the crew is a top priority. It is important to follow the instructions of the skipper or crew regarding safety precautions and rules of conduct on board. Wearing life jackets while underway may be mandatory. In case of non-compliance with safety rules, the charter provider reserves the right to cancel the booking or exclude the crew from further participation.
