"Weather Cancellation Policy
In the event of adverse weather conditions that are deemed unsafe for diving activities, the charter may be rescheduled or canceled. If we cancel due to weather, a full refund excluding any feeds paid or alternative booking date will be offered.
Late arrivals and no-shows
Customers are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in the charter being cancelled without refund. No-shows will be charged the full charter price.
Safety Considerations
Safety is our top priority. All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by our crew. Buddy Boat reserves the right to terminate the charter without refund if safety regulations are not followed.
Boat Rules
- No more than 8 guests for optimum comfort and safety.
- No more than 6 scuba divers per charter for optimum comfort and safety.
- Smoking is not permitted on board (only on swimming dec).
- Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted; however, intoxicated passengers may be denied boarding or participation in diving activities.
- The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Although our boat is equipped with the necessary diving equipment, divers must bring their own equipment or make prior arrangements to rent it."
