Awesome time with amazing people. Captain Larry and his assistant were really great people. The boat was extremely nice as well. I cant wait to book with this group again. Thank you for making it a great birthday.

The boat ride was amazing! We had a blast

In the beginning, Stefania was very communicative. Once she got my money and I asked for a location in advance it all stopped. I arrived at the address she provided, our group of 9 waiting in the blistering heat for over an hour. We were never provided with a captain phone number. After an hour I get a call from a Salio representative after an hour saying they gave me the wrong address and had difficulties with the navy and picking up people there. Fair, things happen. Our boat was originally 11am-3pm. It was then 12 and would take us another half hour to get to the new location. Once we got there there the captain and whoever was with him were extremely rude and said WE went to the wrong address which is why we were late. I then inquired about having my full 4 hours and he said "Your not getting on this boat unless you pay $850 (which contract was only $600 in person) and that we would only get it till 3 because they had another booking. (After being yelled at by Stefania and told we were to only pay $700 there and get boat till 4...which we did not. The captain and first mate were nice but did not know how to drive and the boat was disgusting. Not what we ordered and the bathroom smelled like piss. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. When I said this to Stefania she basically told me tough shit. This is the second time I have rented a boat from Salio that it has been an absolute shit show. The first time the captain said he did not have my times (even though they were confirmed) and if I wanted it I had to pay an extra $500. After a week I finally got a refund from them (That captain's name is Gerhard from South Africa btw-avoid him at all costs too) To be honest, avoid this entire website it is a sketchy scam!! I'm so pissed at my experience and I am demanding a refund for the entire trip but just hope my review saves you from booking!

We really enjoyed our trip! The communication on the day of our trip was a little inconsistent but I am very pleased with our trip. Our captain Kevin, was wonderful and did a great job making us feel comfortable and welcome! It was just my partner and I and the boat was a perfect size for us. Highly recommended!

Friendly and personable boat driver, took us to a few different islands and took nice photos of us with the city of Miami in the background. 10/10 would recommend.

This was a great outing! The driver was awesome. The boat well maintained and owner was very responsive.

The only downside is that the pickup was not in Miami Beach as it was initially discussed so we had to take an Uber and we have little kids so it was a bit of a hassle. If you don’t mind driving into Miami proper this is a great option.

First there was a lot of confusion about where I was to board the boat. First, I was told to go to 16 Collins Ave on Miami Beach. Since I am from Miami and have a lot of boating experience I knew that was incorrect. Finally on the day before my booking I was given an address on the Miami River. We arrived a little before our 11am departure time. The captain, Alex did not have the paperwork and we had to wait on the dock for 20 minutes until someone brought it. I am not sure of Alex's boat experience. He was a careful operator but not confident in docking. We had our two grandchildren (twins age 7) on board. Actually the trip was for them. When we left the Miami River I told Alex the children liked to go fast and we wanted to see the bay and swim on the sand bar at key biscayne. We asked Alex to drive along the Coconut Grove shoreline and then to the entrance to the Gables Waterway. He did the Coconut Grove but would not go to the Gables Waterway. We then went to the Key Biscayne Sandbar and the kids jumped in. Alex, lit up a cigarette and was respectful when I requested he not smoke another. Within an hour a Miami Police Boat came and said the sand bar was closed due to Covid restrictions. Again instead of going to the Gables Waterway Alex took us under the Key Biscayne bridge near the UM marine facility and out to towards the Atlantic ocean. All of the time he was at idle speed and I know the area allows full speed. I might add that Alex was on his phone 90% of the time, text or talk. We then went back towards Miami, again at idle speed, he took us to Marine Stadium all at idle speed. Now comes the topper. Alex needs gas. That is why he probably did not want to go fast. So we had to go to the gas dock at the Biscayne Marriott, sit in the boat for 20 minutes while he got gas.
Leaving a dock on a 4 hour charter without sufficient gas is unprofessional and a possible safety issue. Notwithstanding all of the above, the kids enjoyed themselves and we made the bestof the day. Jim Nolan

I rent a boat for myself and 6 friends for a 40th birthday celebration. The experience was incredible. The Captain made our experience so much fun. The views of downtown Miami and simply stunning. The boat was very clean and well maintained with lots of seating options. I would definitely recommend and book with them again!

Had chance to meet with Alex. The captain of boat was kind enough and accommodating. Weather was Overcast with chance of showers but captain was able to keep us clear of area so that’s good thing. It was good trip and easy to contact crew. I’d definitely book again with them plus boat with clean and maintained. Thank you Stephania and Alex and the captain.

We had an amazing time! It was my girlfriend's birthday and Captain Kevin made sure everything went smoothly. Docking at the private island "the party island" was defintely a plus.

Celebrated my birthday with a few friends and had a great time on the water. Very professional and accommodating. We had the best sunset sail!

Our Captain Mike was great. He showed us apart of Miami Beach that we hadn’t seen ...this was an amazing birthday event for my Fiancé. Thank you all for perfect evening we will definitely be renting with them again. Oh by the way he took us by Alicia Keys house no big deal right! 🥴 This was great
