We had a great time on the boat. Toilet was used (#2) prior to us getting on and was not flushed and the ladder made it very difficult to get back on the boat, but otherwise it was a great experience.

Honestly the boat was beautiful and my friends & I had an amazing time. We went from 5pm-9pm and we got to watch the sunset over the city. The captain was very professional. Only issue was the toilet had not been flushed as soon as we came and the bathroom smelt. The boat was great like the pictures and had a cooler. Overall an amazing time. I would DEFINITELY book again. Thank you Elena!

Our captain Alexis was nothing short of AMAZINGGGG! The yacht was roomy, although we bought cleaning supplies being that we knew a prior group had just left, Alexis and another gentleman was already cleaning and disinfecting the yacht as we were arriving. I had soooo much fun!!! Definitely will be using this again .

This was an amazing experience! We were late and the captain still accommodated us with grace. I felt safe the entire time. The floating mat was a plus. There were 11 of us on board and there was ample space. You won’t regret booking this charter!

I was excited to rent this 60' Ferreti Flybridge as I was in town looking at a potential boat purchase. I had high expectations for my overall experience but knew that this would not be a boat similar to those I observed during my stay.

It was clear that this boat is used very often which is good for the owner of the boat. However, the boat was not clean at all. I didn't even go below to look at the sleeping area as the main level area had such a bad smell to the boat that we didn't even utilize it. The AC did not work. A mediocre fan was used instead. The bluetooth speak was a welcomed addition even though most boats have integrated systems. The mats were dirty causing us to not use them to sunbathe or relax.

The owner was very responsive and communicated well. She was helpful in securing a jetski which was a great addition to our trip. The captain and crew (+1) were responsive to our needs.

The night before, we invited a few business associates to join us on the boat. I am very happy they did NOT attend as it would have been embarrassing if they would have.

If you just want to bring some of the guys on board to party hard and chug down a keg of beer --- this is the boat for you. But for those with higher expectations of being on a 60' luxury yacht, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

OWNER: Please take the time to have your boat cleaned thoroughly. The smell on board was unbearable. In a COVID sensitive environment, customers want to know that time was taken to at least clean the spaces they are renting (hotel, boat, car, etc.)

My experience with Elena was terrible. The boat location was changed the day of. Very last minute. Then the original yacht I paid for wasn’t operating and our wait time was pushed back an additional 2 hours. We were offered another boat to get on, and the customer service was terrible. Angelo was very rude and had many disrespectful and inappropriate comments. Elena did not offer any money off or any compensation for the inconvenience.

I rented the ferrettii for my birthday. It was my first time renting. Elena handle all contact and was very patience. A member ran late and she still made the best of the wait. Enjoyed the boat ride and the sand bar was great. Definitely will be booking in the future

My family and I had a great time will definitely recommend for this trip and would love to do it again. Very understanding and accommodate with me really well I had so much fun thank you.

MY FIRST EXPERIENCE GOING ON A BOAT AND IT WAS AMAZING WILL DO IT AGAIN WITH SAME CREW. THE WEATHER WAS THE ONLY THING THAT WAS BAD BUT CAPTAIN FOUND US A NICE SPOT IN THE OCEAN WHERE WE HAD SOME SUN ATLEAST

Boat was very nice and I really enjoyed myself. The captain was very nice, he even helped move the music everywhere we moved.

We had a party of 12 and had an amazing experience. The boat had so much room and was in very good condition. The Captain and First Man were very cool and laid back. Anything we needed, they were right there. I would highly recommend this boat for anyone looking for a spacious and cool boating experience. The red seats made it even better.

Just book this book for my 32nd Bday in Miami!! The boat and crew was AMAZING!!!! 4hrs of nonstop parties. The Jetskii rentals was seamless as we cruised out and once anchored someone pull up to us with 2 Jetskiis to rent. Will Book again! 5 star service!

Beyond amazing! Beautiful large yacht! The boat was large enough for are whole group with plenty of extra space and views from all areas. I would highly recommend booking with Elena and team! What a phenomenal experience! My friends and I had a wonderful time on Elena's boat to celebrate my birthday. It was so spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed to have a great time at sea. We even got to swim around and play with some of the activities that were on the boat. Elena and her team were so wonderful to work with, and tailored our ride to let us see everything we wanted to see! Before arriving, Elena was very accommodating and responsive to all of my questions. It was our first time in Miami, and I'm so glad we experienced it on this beautiful boat. Would highly recommend!

I would not recommend renting from this site OR this owner. I contacted a couple owners before booking this yacht and had either zero response or conflicting booking info.

Although most of this owner's reviews are pleasant, I can say my experience was far from it. I contacted the owner Elena to request info regarding her 60 ft Ferretti on June 11th.. We communicated about details and after she confirmed the boat's availability, I promptly booked the yacht for the 2 hr duration on June 22nd 3pm-5pm. Paid in full. After booking was complete I once again confirmed my 3pm timing. Elena replied and assured me the reservation was accurate. The next day I actually reached out and spoke with her directly concerning bad weather policy. She was pleasant, we discussed my reservation specifically. I informed her that I was hosting a bachelorette weekend in Miami and we were all tourists so a contingency would be needed if weather was not favorable. Elena explained the weather protocol and advised me not to check forecast until closer to the week of travel. The next day, she contacted me saying that she could not fulfill my reservation due to it being a 2 hour booking on a weekend. I asked her to explain how could this be when I not only book that time frame on sailo.com BUT she confirmed and accepted my payment for the 2 hr price NOT a half day amount which is clearly more. She quickly blamed the website and offered me another "yacht"... a big orange fancy speedboat in my opinion. I declined that offer because that was not the yacht I wanted nor paid for. She gave the option to change my times. One for 10am and the other for 8pm. Ridiculous! I reminded her that we were only in town for the weekend and had very little flexibility. I would be willing to change times as long as it was realistic. We would not be able to make an early AM time and 8pm at night was just insulting. Side note, she did not have a previous booking in my time slot , she must have just wanted to leave it open for someone who may want a longer booking. Basically, more money for her. She claimed that she would figure something out so that this didn't ruin our trip. And if she couldn't, then we would get a full refund.

Two days go by and I don't hear anything for her. I reached out on June 15th to confirm the reservation was still intact... she simply reply "Unfortunately we can only do 8pm-10pm."
As if we hadn't booked and confirmed my time originally . After I explained how disappointed I was with her customer service and how unfair this all was. She said nothing. When I reached out again, she the said Sailo was finding me another boat. No one from sailo ever contacted me. I then was left with no choice but to tell her to cancel.

Now, here's the kicker... she cancels the reservation and SAILO.COM still charges ME the $73 service fee! How outrageous ! I contacted Elena and sailo because this is just wrong. Still waiting for response from the company .Now, I am currently in the process of finding a new yacht with less that a week before my party 12 arrives in Miami with hearts set on a yacht experience. But I assure you that I will not use this 3rd party site ever again.

Elena and her crew are absolutely amazing!!! Elena was super responsive and helpful since the first day I reached out. I inquired for my sisters bachelorette party and it was truly the highlight of the trip-- the boat is BEAUTIFUL, extremely clean, and we could not have asked for a better captain onboard - SO fun, nice, and attentive!!!! My experience was nothing but perfect -- if i am ever back in Miami, we will be doing this again! Thanks for an overall GREAT experience :)
