We booked the charter for a bachelorette party and had an amazing time! Couldn't recommend Elena and Captain Lester more!

Elena and the crew are such great hosts! We chartered with them on a holiday weekend, which I am sure was very busy. They were so responsive and never seemed annoyed with probably the thousand questions I asked before even booking with them. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger boat. They were so hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the boat. We were able to jetski , which our teenagers enjoyed! The boat is in very nice condition as well. The captain was great, George was a super cool mate and Elena was very friendly and thorough. I highly recommend using their services and we will absolutely use them again!!

I took the boat out for a team outing. Captain Lester was very nice and attentive. There are two boats, so be sure to confirm which boat you are getting. Also, it was advertised on Sailo that the dock would be at the Epic marina. We instead had to drive to a neighborhood. I had specifically picked this boat because I wanted to be close to the Epic Marina because my office is 1 mile for there. Elena was very nice and responsive. So before you select this boat ( or any boat) be sure to talk to the owner and have all your questions answered upfront. Otherwise, we had a wonderful team outing.

I rented this boat with Elena for my 21st birthday and it was perfect! Elena responded super quick, even late nights, and answered all of my questions/concerns clearly. Highly recommend Captain Lester and Jordy. 10/10 amazing service! Would definitely book again

Celebrated my husband 30th birthday with friends and we had a great time and great experience. The captain and crew were cool and helpful

Overall our group enjoyed our time, however the boat was older in-person than perceived from the pictures. While the crew accommodated a location change for launch because of weather, we left from a residential area and we were not allowed to play music for the first 30 minutes and were asked to be quiet, setting the mood for the day at a low.
The captain also swore it would take us an entire hour and a half to get back from the bay, making us leave the docked spot so early, where we had had the most fun. Then we spent the last 30 minutes of the time going back and forth on the river to use up the rest of our time which was annoying. Slightly disappointed in the booking overall and wouldn't choose to book this boat again.

We appreciated the prompt response and the alternative offered at the same price for a better boat. The crew that took us out was a lot of fun and we felt safe. We would have liked to have been able to get closer to other boats however by the stage and it was explained it was too shallow so it you wanted to go out there ask for a better boat option.

Captain was drunk and appeared to be living on the vessel. Disgusting boat that smelled like urine and not at all the one that is displayed in the photo. When you have a complaint to log with the owner she says she’s out of the country. I would never book with this person ever again nor would I ever use this website again since they allow a con artist to use this site after multiple reviews that discredit this individual. Horrible experience that ruined my entire birthday celebration.

The owner wasn’t that bad, but I wish I knew ahead of time that the boat had to leave the Marina at 12pm. I had to quickly call restaurants to find a restaurant that would let the boat we rented dock and pick us up. My group ended up having to spend more money on top of renting the boat, which my guest weren’t too happy about. I wish the owner would have at least helped in that aspect. The boat isn’t the boat in the picture, so that threw us off when I asked the owner is the boat in the picture the one we’re getting and she said yes. Overall the captain was cool. It was just a headache leading up to the actual boat day, but I had to scramble to make it possible for my guest.

Had a really Great time. Captain Bill and Winston was amazing. Last minute jet ski rides were really enjoyable.. The only downside was Elena had to reschedule our trip from 4 to 10. Not cool at all. It was a birthday celebration and some friends missed out.

It was ok. Got a way smaller boat than the one in the pic and didn’t get any compensation for it. The captain was a great guy and made our trip a fun one but our group barely fit on it and that was with one person short from my original count

We took Elena’s boat out for my bachelorette party. Captain Angel and his copilot Louis were absolutely incredible. They made sure our drinks were full and that we had a fun safe time swimming around and enjoying the scenic Miami skyline. Bonus: Angel has tons of historic pirate stories! Would definitely rent again for another similar occasion.

We had a nice day on Elena’s boat, she was very friendly and helpful the morning of our trip. There was ice & water available on the boat which was helpful. Only 2 things - we were not on the boat pictured in this listing which looks a bit nicer than the boat we had. I’d also suggest bringing your own Bluetooth speakers as the captain often refused to turn up the music when requested or would turn off the music. Overall, a great day & experience!

We ended up getting a different boat than we had booked. I wasn’t expecting that.
I’m only leaving this review for other people to confirm they are getting what they paid for.
The captains also were smoking even when asked several times to stop. Our children were very uncomfortable with that. Elena did refund me $250 however, I honestly would have just preferred to get the boat I paid for.

Elena was very nice and helpful as well as the captain and his helper. We had a good time; However, bathroom was not very clean and there was no soap at all on the boat. Water wasn't working. The boat doesn't look like the pic on the back part. There's not a place to sit.

We have a terrible experience with Elena, please do not rent this boat or from this boat owner. Elena failed to comply with boating regulations we found out when the Coast Guards did a routine stop of our boat but were alarmed to find inconsistencies in her contract and the booking process we had with Elena directly. I would recommend you do not book this boat as once the Coast Guards found this error they began a full infestation of the boat (costing us the rest of our time on the boat - 2 hours) and were escorted back to the dock by the Coast Guards due to Elena's lack of attention to detail and regulations. Book any other boat if you do not want you boating experience to be cut short due to insufficient compliance with regulations.

Great experience no complaints

There was disconnect with forms that the captain didn’t understand but got cleared up when calling Elena. We didn’t get the boat in the photo and we’re not informed about the change in boat or asked if it was okay. It could have been more clean as well as the shower being broken. Overall not bad but wouldn’t book again.

Alfonso & Alexis were incredible hosts! They were extremely knowledgeable of the area and demonstrated their maritime capabilities flawlessly. Our group was rather large and enjoyed a few drinks as the sun went down. The crew was very patient and respectful towards us and what we wanted out of the evening! The vessel itself was in great shape and I would highly recommend booking this charter!

The experience was great the only thing we didn’t like was the sound system on the boat.

We had a wonderful day on the boat. Elena was wonderful from the minute we inquired about the boat and booked the trip. She was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. She allowed us to customize our trip and go where we wanted. The boat was wonderful and had lots of space and was in good shape. Captain Alexis and Nico we’re so helpful the entire day, always asking if we needed anything else. Elena also allowed us a few extra hours on the boat which was very nice of her. The price was unbeatable compared to many other options we looked at. She didn’t add any additional fees or anything. I would be very happy to spend another day on Elana’s boat and I highly recommend it for your next boating day!!

We were very disappointed I expressed to Elena specifically where we wanted to go which was to haul over sandbar which they usually don’t go there but said that they would take us there mysteriously the day of the boat we originally paid for broke down which in another review I see they said the same thing happened to them also in that review it stated one of the speakers was broke and we had the same issue with it!we were given another boat where u had to throw soiled tissue in the garbage cause you couldn’t flush the toilet. We were taken to another sandbar where no one was really there. I wouldn’t suggest booking with them as they will tell you what you wanna hear to get your money!

We really had fun everyone was friendly and trying the best to assist us and made sure we enjoyed. we had a problem before we got into the boat that the captin made an accident but she gave us another bigger and beautiful boat we really appreciate that because she was super responsible.

Crew was nice and boat was spacious. It was a little dirty by the time we picked it up at 4pm. Elena was very sweet and accommodating. One of the speakers was broken.

The boat is old and has very few Shade. No air conditioning inside and not very clean.

I really enjoyed my Birthday on the Sea Ray. Everything was beautiful the captain + assistant made us feel so comfortable & welcomed. Boat doesn’t have air or power inside, that’s my only complaint.

DO NOT RENT THIS!!!

Our experience with this boat was horrible. We booked a four hour trip that on the description said that the yacht charter entails one hour navigating through Star Island, Hibiscus Island, Palm Island, anchor in Monument Island, where clients can rent a Jetski, use a kayak and floating mattress swim, snorkeling and do all water activity, for 2 hours and then 1 hour navigating back through Fisher Island, Port of Miami, Miami Downtown, Brickell, Miami River, Bayside and back to Sea Isle Marina. It wasn’t like that first they brought us somewhere else and because I did some research I knew that wasn’t Monument Island so I asked the captain and he said he didn’t know (make faces, he didn’t like the idea of going to the other island) so than we lost an hour because of that. On the boat the bathroom were out of service they had like a little potty and the shower didn’t work either. The ac didn’t work the captain said they didn’t have enough power to even start the boat. On the description says that the boat has a sound system but it was an old regular speaker which he had a lot of trouble to use, it didn’t want to function and when it finally did, it sound horrible and it was turning off and on all the time. I have proof of all of this, I’m not just saying it.

Well we all had a great time, Tom the Captain was perfect along with the help. The activities once we docked was perfect as well. The only few things I would complain about is the toilet didn’t work, the power didn’t work so everyone’s phone could not be charged. Even tho there is an inside don’t expect air conditioning. The only air you will get is when you start moving the boat along the water. The boat owner did not communicate to the Captain we wanted Jetskis, despite the whole conversation being about having Jetskis available. She did end up getting Jetskis but at the last minute which only 3 out of 10 people could ride because the Jet skis showed up late along with the owner booking them late. The Jet ski time was cut short. Overall I gave it 3 stars because we still manage to deal with the circumstances and have a great time. Really Tom made it happen!

Response time from the rep and communication was awesome. The cool captain and his companion was great. The boat it self was in really bad shape. Bathrooms didn’t work , secondary room was flooded or some water damage. Beside of the rain warning we spent a lot of time in a badly conditioned cabin my wife held her bathroom room for 4 hours.

We booked very last minute, at 12am the night before. Elena was very easy to book with and had everything ready for our booking. Captain Tom was very friendly, extremely smooth captain, and fun to hang with.

We took this boat out for a bachelorette party and had the best day out at sea! They took us to a sandbar during the day and then brought us to a restaurant for us to grab lunch. Highlight of our trip!
