Perfect boat day! Communication was very quick and experience was fun. We had 6 girls and the boat was the perfect size for us!

Had a great time! Julian was a great captain and person he helped to make the trip that much better! Thank you my family enjoyed themselves

I’ve never booked on sailo before so I was pretty nervous booking for my friends Bachlorette party with them but this trip was awesome! Best part of our Miami trip. Boat was not too crowded even with 7 people and the music and the docking in the beach so we could swim around in the water was perfect

We really enjoyed our boat trip - we had 5 guests which still allowed for space for 2 more, which works for the 8 person capacity. We had a great time and captain Jorge was great. We got stuck in a bit of a rain storm at the sandbar but had fun spending time together overall.

There was an extra charge to consider for fuel and we brought some cash for tipping on site.

Would definitely consider for future.

The transaction was super easy and smooth. There where changes but I was notified with enough time in advance so that was great. Our captain was super cool and nice. Although the motor to our boat messed up the captain communicated that with us and we got some extra time in the water. So that was no inconvenience to us. Had a great time! Would definitely do it all over again.

Awesome day out of the water! Alejandra and team were highly communicative. The boat was great - clean and in perfect shape. Jorge (captain) was super nice. Only downside is our pickup was up the Miami River towards the airport, so about 1.75 hrs of our 4-hr trip were navigating out and back from the boat launch/river.

Excellent all around-- we had a wonderful day and the boat was perfect for our group. Our captain was also top notch! Highly recommend!!

Amazing experience. Fun time on the boat and hanging at the sand bar.

The actual experience on the water was fantastic! However, our captain didn’t have the best customer service. He didn’t help or give us a hand off the boat when we docked. He ran to get his next passengers & began loading them on the boat before we were off the boat.

Alejandra and her assistant were great. Great communication between the two of them. Alejandra and her assistant always answered any questions that I had. The were some mishaps the day of our trip that were caused by the captain. Alejandra and her assistant made sure to rectify the matter immediately. I would still book with Alejandra in the future despite the issues with the captain and boating trip. She was very professional and knows how to accommodate her customers.

If I can give 10 stars I would. The trip was AMAZING! Alejandra and her team were so nice and responsive to all of my questions. The captain was the best! Coming back in 2 months and will be booking again with them.

Boat was very nice and Filipe was a fantastic captain . We were a little confused about the extra $ 150 charge for snorkeling as he only had one mask and we didn’t go anyplace that was specific for snorkeling or maybe there wasn’t time ? Other than that it was totally worth it .

Our half day trip was AMAZING. We had David as our captain, he made our day so much better. He was the absolute best. We had 7 girls, celebrating the bride to be! Plenty of room, clean...just as pictures.

We had at the beginning a few communication problems regarding time of departure and location but they ended up making it up to us. Captain was accommodating. We wish he was a bit more engaging though.

Overall this was a great value. We had looked at larger boats but they were much costlier. We were able to fit 3 couples plus a cooler of beer comfortably on the boat. Kevin was an excellent captain and took us in a tour of the beautiful million dollar homes of Miami. We had a nice day - a few clouds - but overall we thought it was a great afternoon and recommend Kevin and Alejandra to anyone wanting a reasonably priced trip.

Decided To Get A Boat For My Bday & Found This Company. I loved everything about it, My Girls Did Too.. The whole ride was life *Amazing*!. I felt comfortable & safe. The Captain was very friendly & accommodating. I definitely will be back ASAP!!!

Honestly, first time booking through here and i did not regret it. They responded pretty quick to my questions and had very reasonable pricing! Captain alex is really nice and the boat it self was perfect ! Definitely would book again and recommend to others !

1. 1 hour before our departure time Alejandra tells me the price owed for the captain and gas will be higher because it’s New Years. No where in the advertisement or Terms & Conditions does it says this. She and I messaged each other several times and she never stated this. Now, right before it’s time to leave I’m forced to pay more.
2. They informed us to arrive 20 minutes early. We arrive at the dingy boat storage 30 minutes early- no boat. The boat shows up 2 minutes late full of people. Then they have to all debark and he has to quickly clean the boat. So we weren’t able to get on until 15 minutes after our start time. Why make us arrive early and stand in the hot sun if you aren’t even going to be ready?
3. The advertisement says that a floating blanket and water guns are on board. Nope. Supposedly they were broken the day before. There was a wayboard present but the captain said we couldn’t use it cause he wasn’t certified in it or something.
4. The advertisement said jet skis available- nope. Supposedly cause it was Jan 1st there were no Jet Skis available. Again, why wasn’t this disclosed.
5. The only saving grace was the captain, Alex. He was pleasant.

However, overall the person we booked with falsely advertised the amenities on board and the business practices were shady.

Entire experience was great!! We had an amazing 2 hour ride. Our boat captain, Kevin was also great. He took us to the best popular spots and was accommodating to our specific requests.

We had a great experience. Alejandra was easy to coordinate with and our captain (Kevin) was a great host. The sound system on the boat was amazing and they had an iPad with Spotify on it for us to choose our own music. We had an awesome day and would definitely book this boat again.

Everything was great! The reservation took a little longer than normal to complete which stalled the departure, but this was not fault on the owner. Alejandra maintained contact with me until we were picked up!
Kevin, the Captain, was very nice and took great care of us!

Such a great experience!! The boat is clean and the perfect size for a group. Our captain, Michael, was terrific. He was kind, personable, and easy to talk to. He maneuvered the boat to keep us dry during a quick rain shower. He also went out of his way to return an item we forgot on the boat. We would absolutely book this boat again! Had a great experience renting this boat with Kevin as the captain!! He was very easy going and listened to what we wanted to do. The boat was also great - just what we needed for a group of 7 people.

I would like to say that I loved everything about my trip. Our captain, Kevin, was phenomenal and his level of professionalism was far beyond imaginable. There’s a bright future ahead for that man. Best first time boat experience ive ever experienced!!! Definitely booking Alejandra again once i come back to Florida!

The experience ended being behind the expectations because from the very beginning of our trip and throughout the whole journey, the boat's motor had some mechanical issues that prevented the boat to get to the right/ normal speed,

For that reason forcing Alex the captain to navigate the boat at very reduced speed, through which we were very much following the waves (instead of cutting or surfing them) that continuously splashed the boat watering the passengers seated at the font of the boat, as well as consuming far more time both to arrive to the destination site at Key Biscayne as well as in our return to the departure point in the riverside.

Forename situation forced the captain to go straight from our river departure to the sands at Key Biscayne without expending any time touring or sightseen the surroundings,

While the captain accepted and was sorry for the above-described inconveniences, to our surprise Alejandra had a less receptive approach, very much refusing to accept the causes for the low speed, arguing that they resulted from us trying to eat and drink during the ride, which was not the case,

It was a really good experience. We enjoyed with kids. The captain was very friendly and collaborative, the boat is nice and well maintained.
In this pandemic times, cleaning is mandatory, I recommend take extra measures: Desinfecto y wipes, hand sanitizer, mask for the Capitan when passengers are close.

My trip on July 5, 2020 was great!! Alejandra had to make a few last minute changes but clearly communicated them to our group. Our captain Eric was awesome, knew the waters/places to go, and was so friendly!

Great experience. We were told we would have two stops but we only had one stop and the captain didn’t mention we could get on the boat because of where he positioned himself so the water.
