It was a last minute booking and Elena was really helpful in getting the trip in place. She gave us a upgrade on the yacht for the same price.

I reached out to the owner after our other reservation thru Sailo was cancelled about 2 hours prior to the planned trip. She was very responsive and able to accommodate our last minute request for a reservation. We had 13 people and it was a tight squeeze but we still had an amazing time. I recom
