Wow! I could not say enough amazing things about John (manager), Jose (captain), and the boat! First of all, John followed up with me right when I booked the boat to confirm details and make sure any questions I had were answered. The boat itself was incredible! Plenty of space to fit 12 people, modern, and so much fun. John grabbed my phone and blasted the music the moment we got on board! They provided ice and water, and offered to pick up anything else we might need for the trip! It was an amazing trip all around!

We booked the boat for half a day for a bachelorette party and it was the best decision ever! We had such an amazing time and our captain Jose Padilla was so chill and laid back. John was easy to communicate with and made sure we had a good time. Will definitely book them again in the future!

The highlight of our trip was literally this yacht!! For my best friend’s bachelorette, we came to Miami and there was a tropical storm on the day we had the boat reserved. John was absolutely kind and flexible and told me from a week in advance that we had nothing to worry about because we’d figure it out if for some reason we couldn’t ride out that day. So he moved our reservation with no hesitation due to the storm. He said he’d take care of us and that was a complete understatement!! John & the captain literally felt like fam, were super hospitable, and the boat was clean and a whole vibe. He even took pics and videos throughout our rental! I highly recommend them!!! We’ve gone on several boats before but this was by far our top experience. Officially our go-to rental in Miami :)

Francheska was very responsive. Jose was our captain and he helped make the trip go very smoothly. We waited outside of the specified location and Jose came to retrieve us right on time. The boat comes with a speaker to hook up to your phone. The back of the boat seated 7 girls comfortably and the inside was more spacious than expected, with a refrigerator, counter space, a bed, and a bathroom. The front of the boat had ample space to lay out. The listing mentioned 12-15% tips recommended, but I was required to pay 15%, which I did not mind and was well deserved but just an FYI when calculating your total cost. Jose was an awesome captain and we had a great time!

I booked the boat last minute and was able to receive the most amazing service. Everything was top-notch, from booking to departure to and from the boat. John took care of every detail pertaining to our ride. We had balloons, music, wonderful crew, a jet ski, etc… All we had to do was show up and enjoy the ride. We have 8 college students from New York, Maryland, Atlanta, South Carolina, Philadelphia and other areas who had the opportunity to live there best lives for those 4 hours with Deluxe Boat Rentals. After serving over 30 years in the United States Air Force and retiring in February, trust me, attention to details matter. I will Only call John and his crew because he listened and executed a fantastic voyage for us like no other in Miami! His crew didn’t let us do anything other than relax, laugh, and celebrate 🎉. John was absolutely awesome! He accommodated us with balloons, picked up our food and all we had to do was arrive! He arranged for us to have jet ski rides, while on the boat and drove us individually on the jet skies! His communication was awesome, you will not be blind sided. He will make sure that everything is clear. You will not find a better host than John. No matter what the occasion is, no matter the size or style boat you want, he can make it happen! We can’t wait to do this again next year!

John and Francheska were absolutely amazing. John went ABOVE AND BEYOND anything I could ever ask for! He was welcoming to not only his company, but welcomed us to Miami as a whole. My party and I had so many difficulties along the way and John helped us navigate through them all. He ensured that every little detail was perfect, despite all of the obstacles. We had a great trip with John and crew on Saturday. The boat was beautiful with lots of ice and plenty of extras. The boat was easy to find and everything went really smoothly. Thanks John!

The trip was the amazing and so much fun. The host, John, was very friendly and helped us with renting a jet ski and any other questions we had.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Our captain and first mate were professional and above all else, made sure down to the detail that my friends and I were having a good time for my birthday. Francheska was an amazing owner who was communicative at all times and always checked in with me to make sure things were going well. The boat was beautiful and they even decorated for me for my birthday! I will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

For this review, I had to take my time, I take reviews very serious and this is one of those that I take to my heart, initially I was skeptical about everything because it was my first time using Sailo.com and I also received calls from someone I didn't know who it was, so I was scared. But then it was all clarified by JOHN about the mixup. It was my wife's birthday and I wanted dinner on the ocean with the sunset views and all that comes with it, first time experience for my wife and myself too. JOHN is Awesome! If you booking this yatch for any reason make sure you ask for JOHN, the yatch was decorated for the event, it was so clean, music to welcome my wife on board and a great lady made videos and pictures. Captain was awesome! John had meal arranged on board, free champagne and we played our own music all through the trip, it was a wonderful experience, we sailed around the city great spots, the cake for my wife birthday was great, meal wonderful. JOHN JOHN JOHN!!! You are WONDERFUL!!! I will choose you and your service a million times. I have NO bad comment. I repeat ask for JOHN! Everyone deserves an experience of such with great service from John. My wife loved it and enjoyed every second of it and even want more, she can't stop talking about it to me and her friends.
