Beautiful Miami Yacht

Prior to booking we asked Juan for a specific early afternoon time window and he confirmed availability. After we completed booking he then told us he would-be available for the evening. When we told him we couldn't so he offered for the next day but we were leaving Miami the next day. We reminded him we booked only because he confirmed availability at our requested time because this was our only opportunity. He then said he would cancel but he didn't and now we've been charged the full amount for a service we did not receive. We understand this is a no refundable booking but in this case we were lead to an expectation that did not materialize. We believe for this reason we are entitled a full refund. Attempts to reach him have been unsuccessful. He is not responding our messages after almost a week patiently trying to resolve directly with him. We called Sailo and left messages. No answer.

Before booking the ride I asked the Owner if we had to leave at a certain time and she told me I could chose my time. So, after I booked she tried to change the time.. that was my purpose in asking before had. When I spoke to her to confirm she was still saying the wrong time. We did not get the address to the pick up location until 1 hour before it was time to leave. I called the number multiple times and even texted.. she was not respond until the 3rd or 4th text. (Still telling me that our ride was at a different time than I requested)

The ride itself was good. The captain was nice and helpful. The last 2 hours were spent with him trying to get us unstuck from shallow water after he put the anchor down. The button to reel it back up was broken so he had to get in the water to try and move it. Eventually someone came to help get us out.
Then as we were pulling back into the Marina, the boat’s engine killed and we had to immediately dock so that we could get off.

The trip was phenomenal! Genry and Juan (the captain) took great care of the group. They were very attentive and professional. The boat was very very well maintain, very clean and everything was in order and as detailed in the reservation.
Carolina was very fast responding and accommodating.
My overall experience was excellent and we would definitely come back with them.

Everything was awesome, we had a ball. Our Captains Elier and Jay Jay were ideal. They made sure we didn’t have to want or need anything. We felt like we were on top of the world the whole entire trip….

We had such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend! Carolina was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Captain David was excellent and provided a great experience. He was professional and was very informative which made the trip even more enjoyable. The boat was very clean and we couldn’t have been happier. Thank you for such a fantastic day on the water!

My girls and I had the most amazing time! Our captain Elier made sure that we were all very comfortable, he communicated well and was very understanding. He went above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met. We were given a complimentary bottle for our birthday celebration. This was definitely the highlight of our girls trip!
