Catamaran your day away!

The boat was fine. There weren't any problems with it nor the crew.

The booking process was poor. I booked a catamaran, called Mariah, and was then informed that it was not available. I was told to book the "Great White". I could not find it on the Sailo website since boats are not listed by their names. I couldn't get help from the owner, so I had to escalate to Sailo. It was irritating that Sailo doesn't have a phone number to speak to a real human. Essentially, Sailo got the owner to help me. The owner and I agreed on a fee for a 5 hrs day on the Great White.

Once I was booked on the Great White, getting basic information about the marina, meeting time, etc... was difficult. I had to escalate to Sailo twice to get a call and get basic information.

On the day of the booking, the agreed upon time to meet at the marina was 12:30pm. No one from the boat came out to great us until 1:30pm. The owner called and tried charging my an additonal $950 even though the website (and our past discussion) mentioned a $500 docking fee. I refused to pay more than the $500. He apologized for his crew being late in getting started; and stated that he would be kept out an hour longer (until 7pm).

The experience aboard the catamaran was fine. We never got the extra hour to compensate for their lateness.

It was a disappointing experience. Poor communication, lots of surprises, lateness of the crew, etc... should not have happened.

Had a great day out on the water with the crew. We had a group of about 30 for a graduation party. Gordon and the captain Dave were very responsive prior to the trip and the crew was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend renting out this catamaran!

This trip exceeded our expectations! The views were amazing and boat is in great shape. Great communication with Gordon and the captain once we arrived at the boat.

We had a blast on the boat. All the guys on the boat were awesome. One of them even went diving for our water bottle that went sinking down when we were stopped at the sandbar. It was definitely one of the best parts of our trip to Miami.

Like it a lot our New Year celebration. The only minor think is that we were standing in one spot and not sailing. The rest was very good. I would recommend this trip to anyone who is looking to celebrate a New Year!

After confirming the boat about a week in advanced I did not hear back from the owner until I had to reach out to them personally. I booked the reservation for a Sunday and had to email them the Wednesday before to confirm the reservation. The owner emailed back the next day saying he had no idea about my reservation. I gave him my phone number and contact so maybe he can investigate. I waited until Saturday, the day before my reservation with no response. I had to reach out to Sailo for a potential fraud. The owner finally reach out, and we were good. On the day of the reservation everything was all good, captain and one crew mate was great except for the one crew mate who was also the bartender for us. Towards the end of our ride, he got so wasted and was acting very inappropriate to a couple of the girls. Made the girls very uncomfortable. and one was actually sexually harassed by him. The captain had to yell at him to keep him under control.
