- Payment Terms: A 30% deposit is required to secure booking. The remaining 70% must be paid 30 days before embarkation, via bank transfer or credit card.
- Deposit: A security deposit is required to cover damages, delays, or other issues. It will be returned within 48 hours of the charter's end, barring disputes.
Navigation Area: Max 25 miles per day @ 6knots
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation charges apply based on the proximity to the embarkation date.
- Cancellation Due to Weather:
Charter may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions.
Forecast of strong waves, with a wave height of more than 1.5 meters, in the area
Strong wind forecast with speeds exceeding 25 knots.
Prediction of intense rain for a period of time exceeding 20% of the total duration of the charter service

Full refund if renter cancels 31 days or more before the trip start date.
No refund if renter cancels 30 days or less before the trip start date.
