4. No Walking While Yacht is Moving at High Speed
When the yacht is traveling at high speed, remain seated to avoid potential injuries.
5. Responsibility for Children
If you have children on board, you are responsible for their safety at all times. The crew is not responsible for children on board.
6. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction or Early Return
If you are dissatisfied with the service or wish to return to port early for any reason, no refunds will be provided. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your plans before embarking.
These rules are designed to ensure a safe and comfortable journey for all passengers.
