British Virgin Islands
If you are planning a trip to the British Virgin Islands each guest will need to have a valid passport. British Customs is $75 per person depending on the number of people and if its a Sunday or Holiday. Also, please note the authorities only accept cash. This will be due upon boarding your charter with us.

Payment & Cancellation Policies
We charge the full boat price if you cancel within 72 hours of the charter. It is recommended that you reserve your day on the water prior to coming on vacation, especially between November and July.

The $200 Captain Fee portion of your trip should be paid in cash or Venmo directly to your captain.

CHARTER DURATION & FUEL COSTS
Charters are up to 7.5 hours, typically from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. However, we are flexible if you have something different in mind.

Fuel consumption is additional and will depend on the chosen destinations and the current price per gallon– Fuel will range from 30-45 gallons depending on seas and conditions. If you are going to the British Virgin Islands you should estimate an additional 15-30 gallons in fuel consumption.

Lower fuel rates would be for days spent around Jost Van Dyke and Tortola. Higher fuel rates are for trips to Virgin Gorda and surrounding areas. The furthest destination we visit in a day is Virgin Gorda. Fuel cost is calculated with our digital gauges.

Captain’s Gratuity
Finally, as in all of our service industry businesses in the islands – tipping of the captain for outstanding service is greatly appreciated. Standard gratuity in the industry is 18% to 25% of the boat fee plus captain fee if you feel it's been a job well done.
