Sail Away in Style: Experience the Beauty of Haverstraw Bay on our beautiful sailboat!

We had a wonderful time with Javier on his sailboat. He is knowledgable and thoughtful, encouraging my sons to help with hoisting and adjusting the sails, which made the trip that much more fun. It was the perfect way to spend the evening, and watch the setting sun. Tranquility, the name of his boat, sums up our time on the Hudson.

Javier was an absolute amazing captain. I booked with my kids, myself and my husband for a surprise Father's Day gift. My husband is a very experienced sailor, but hasn't sailed in years, and the kids and I have never been. Javier was happy to show us the ropes and teach us about his boat. My husband was able to help out A LOT! Javier even let us drive for a bit. It was an awesome and very relaxing experience. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day to be out on the water, as well. Thank you, Javier, for helping me provide the best gift for my husband and for such a lovely time out on your boat. I highly recommend Javier. He's very kind, helpful, and a very genuine person.

Javier is the consumate gentleman. I chartered the sail for my daughter's 16th birthday! I was very comfortable with entrusting Javier with the wellbeing of myself and my family. We thoroughly enjoyed his boating knowledge and company. He even accommodated us by picking us up from one of our FAVORITE restaurants- Hudson Water Club, W. Haverstraw, NY. What an amazing sail we had with our family for my husband’s 50th birthday. The owner was so friendly and patient. Prior to the sail, he send us a text to explain what we can bring onboard. He met us at the marina and talked to us every step of the way so we can have a nice time and feel comfortable! The boat was perfect for a serene sail!

Absolutely amazing trip. Javier takes you out on his gorgeous sailboat right next to the Statue of Liberty. Javier was the the best and extremely responsible to all of my questions and helping us find the boat. He even had a speaker so we could play music. I would highly recommend - my friends and I are already discussing going again. Overall fantastic trip and cannot express how much fun we had. Amazing escape from the city and a great way to see the skyline.

We had a great boat ride for our engagement. I booked a couple of hours sailing as a surprise for my husband, but it was a treat for the whole family. Javier was very hospitable and made us all feel very comfortable out on the water. My husband is an experienced sailor, so Javier gave him some time on the helm which just made the trip for him! Could not have asked for a better skipper nor a better experience. What an amazing day! This was our first experience using Sailo and we booked this trip somewhat last minute for my birthday. Javier was very accommodating and helpful throughout the reservation process and answered all my questions prior to booking.
