    Javier was an absolute amazing captain. I booked with my kids, myself and my husband for a surprise Father's Day gift.     Our trip on Tranquility was absolutely lovely! We sailed across the widest part of the Hudson and enjoyed celebrating a birthday without a hitch! Javier was a fantastic captain and we had a great time.

    Javier is a great captain! Knowledgeable and friendly, our family had a great time sailing around Manhattan and watching the Macy’s 4th of July fireworks show. Would highly recommend for a small group looking to sail around NYC.

    Absolutely amazing trip. Javier takes you out on his gorgeous sailboat right next to the Statue of Liberty. Javier was the the best and extremely responsible to all of my questions and helping us find the boat. He even had a speaker so we could play music. I would highly recommend - my friends

Javier came to NYC from Spain in 2002 and started sailing in the harbor soon after. He was amazed by the beautiful and totally unique experience of New York City from the water. He became a sailing instructor and US Coast Guard captain to share his passion for sailing with others.
