Create event

Plan and execute your own boating event. From birthday parties, corporate functions, weddings or even flotillas, you have control over every detail, including choosing boats, creating itineraries, determining tickets prices, inviting guests.

Manage guests

Upload a list of guests or invite them from your email contacts, send invitations and reminders at set times, create group announcements and allow conversations. You can even assign guests to particular boats.

Manage payments

Set tickets categories and prices, create payment installments, sell e-tickets, receive scannable QR codes. Check your event dashboard to see replies, payments, total revenue and many other event stats.

Create Tickets

Create tickets categories and set prices for each ticket level. Choose expiration times for sales, maximum number of available tickets, and payment currency.

Select Boats

Open the add-boat widget and search through over 30,000 boats by location, length or capacity. The widget is fully integrated with our boats database. Use drag-and-drop to organize the order the boats are shown to your guest.

Customize Itineraries

Show your guests what the trip will look like. Add departure, arrival, and stopover points, times, dates, and locations using the integrated map. Customize the itinerary path adding waypoints using point and click.

For each stopover you can add images and descriptions to give your guests a feel for the locations and the activities scheduled for each stop.

Assign Guests To Boats

Use the Assign Boats interface to assign your guests to boats. Just drag and drop the guests on the boat you want them allocated to. Each boat allows allocation based on its capacity. To change an assignment just drag and drop the guest where you want them. This functionality can also be available for crew and individual cabins.
