All guests are required to present photo ID at boarding.
There is an elevator that can go from Michigan Avenue to the area where our ship is docked. This is located between where the ship is and the new Apple store (south of the Gleacher Center). The restrooms are on the lower level of the vessel. The lift to the bathrooms which only fits manual wheelchairs (due to this limitation, we do not recommend electric).
As part of Go Green initiative, Sailo will not issue paper ticket for this event. Don't forget to bring a Photo ID at boarding along with the confirmation code received from Sailo 48 hours prior to the event.
