Elena, Capt Angelos, and Eric were such fantastic hosts! We had a great time on the water, boat was awesome, and service was top notch. Will be renting again!

I booked Rick for a half day sail as a present for my wife's 50th, along with our two young kids and family friend. Rick was the consummate host from start to finish. He was especially good with our very demanding kids (2.5 and 7.5) and incredibly patient and engaging with them. We had a great day and are already looking forward to booking Rick for another trip. I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend Rick to anyone. The boat was fantastic, everything went smoothly, safely and we were all talking about it for the rest of the day. Thank you Rick for a great day on the water.

We had our trip booked for departure at 9:45AM and the night before at 11:15PM receive an email that the boat needs ‘maintenance’ and can we reschedule. There was no apology, respect for the inconvenience or acknowledgement of the last minute cancellation on our plans for the day. The credit card was used to withdraw the entire amount due and now I’m trying to get a refund. Communication with the Sailo rep was terrible after the trip was cancelled. Prior to the late night email the rep was accommodating and responsive. Very disappointed. Would have considered rebooking if some respect was shown toward our party of 7 and the inconvenience.
