Fuel charges are clearly mentioned in our message thread to be extra and payable after the charter, and a fuel consumption estimate is provided so that guests will have an idea of the expense. After the charter she said she was not working and did not have the money but would get it back to me when she received her security deposit back. Then after the security deposit was in her account she said it had to go to rent and her acct balance was negative. My business is out over $700 due to this. We did not charge her fuel in advance because we wanted to charge based on the actual amt used so we would not overcharge the guest and so that they wouldn't have to pay a service fee on top of it. Next time we will have to change that due to this person's refusal to meet the commitment they made.

Jesse (captain) and Angie (stewardess) made our charter unforgettable. They are the kindest and most accommodating team I’ve dealt with and we could not be happier. We wanted to rent two more jet skis last minute (the boat comes with one already!) and they made it happen. Angie is not only a wonderful stewardess, but a great photographer too! She took amazing pics with our phones for us so we could remember what an incredible time we had on the Fourth of July!

Mark was an amazing and knowledgable captain who went out of his way to make our team outing easy and relaxing. Thanks again Captain Mark, for your generosity and kindness!

Wonderful having the family aboard for a beautiful evening on the water. Even with a little miscommunication on the start time, I think it was an exceptional time exploring NY Harbor’s sights. Really hope you will all come back again soon and join us for another amazing day on Islander!!!
