Sandy was so responsive and answered all my questions. Dan was our captain that day he was very easy going while also knowledgeable about our route - but didn't over share. He also did a good job with my 18month old who had a rough moment on the boat.
My only critique is that I was told that we would be able to get in the water but upon boarding was told the latter was broken and there were no alternatives available. The day would have been perfect if we were able to do that.
