Boat renters beware! Alla was easily one of the worst guests we have ever had and we've done more than 200 charters in the Miami area. The crew can bend over backwards for her and she would still not be happy. NOTHING will satisfy her! If you want to maintain your sanity, don't rent your boat to her. You'll regret it. If we could give her zero stars, we would.
