The boat broke down the first evening right out of port. There was no service and they expect you to fix your own problems if out on the water.

There was an old used dirty band aid made up into the bed

the galley has a lot of roaches that need to be controlled

Left the boat the next morning

Still dealing with the boat company Florida Yacht Charter who said they would refund the money and now want me to speak with the rental manager.

Not an organized experience and very disappointing. Have never had this issue with other charter operators like Charter World or Moorings. Still waiting to resolve

Even your rating systems with the stars above is broken and keeps resetting to the five stars even after I keep changing to lower.

Tom is just a great guy and so easy to work with. He takes excellent care of this boat, and the boat preforms fantastic. I have taken this boat out on several occasions and had a blast. Its secure nimble and so easy to handle. The Albury tracks so well weather in a head sea or a following sea your feel like one with the water and confident. I suggest trying it cruising, water skiing, tubing, or wake boarding you too will have a blast.
