Apart from the check-in the overall experience was great with a very nice Skipper assigned to us. Ivan is his name. The check-in was very confusing as we could not find the boat Agent easily. Once they were contacted we had to wait for almost 5 hours for the boat to be ready to go, including cleanness and paperwork to be set. The last day of the rental was not useful as we were told that we should be at the marina on the day before by 06.00 pm ending our week on day short.

Ruth and her party were great guests. They were on time, well prepared and respectful of the boat and safety requirements. They would be welcomed aboard anytime.

This boat rental was seamless from the very beginning of the process. The owner as well as sailo.com were very easy to work with and quick to respond to my questions. I would highly recommend renting this boat with this owner and this company. Brian and the staff at the marina were extremely knowledgable and helpful upon arrival. I definitely will be renting again hopefully next summer!

Everything went smooth and as planned. The boat was on the time, the staff was courteous, we asked to stop by the statue of Liberty for a group picture and returned safely. I've been using Sailo for 2 years already and will continue to do so. The extra level of service truly removes a great deal of stress in the organising process, especially when weather is unpredictable, the number of guests changes and you need a few custom services. Five stars.
