We has a wonderful afternoon with Zak! It was a family trip for Fathers Day with us and out four kids on board. Zak is a great sailor -- the winds were gusty and exciting but he handled them wonderfully and he let my kids participate! Zak was very responsive to me setting up the reservation, very friendly and hospitable and lovely with my kids. We had a delightful afternoon and would jump at the chance to sailWith him again

My clothing company booked The Genesis as our photo shoot location for a 3 hr sunset charter- Captain Eric was fantastic and made the experience so easy. He was helpful, hospitable, and The Genesis was so perfect for our shoot aesthetic. Will definitely be booking another charter with him for fun with friends sometime soon! Would highly recommend booking with Narwhal Yacht Charters!

Derrick was awesome! He was good with kids and was really knowledgeable about the area. It was definitely worth it - great day!!

If I could give Frank and his crew more stars than this I would! I booked this boat to throw a 30th birthday party for myself and 30 friends. We could not have had a better experience. The boat is absolutely beautiful, WAY better than the photos suggest (and they're already great). The owner, Frank, as well as the people at Sailo were very responsive, usually within half an hour or so. They answered all of my questions happily and fully. During the event, the crew was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They took care of every tiny detail. We were constantly hearing "don't worry, I'll take care of that, go have a good time!" We all felt very taken care of, and were all able to relax and enjoy the beautiful day on the water.

It is good to know that the cancellation policy for this boat is different than the website's cancellation policy. Don't let that worry you though, the boat has more than enough covered space in case of rain.
