The communication was very good. We got responds to all our Q in timely manner. We were able to secure a boat last min.
The captain, Daniel, was respectful, proffasional, friendly and very accommodating.
We had great time on the 2 h ride.
Definitely will recommend to others. -

Everything was fantastic about this experience. The crew, the boat, the jet skis and the food were all amazing. Boat sound system had us dancing the whole time. I however, would not recommend the transportation they recommend from your hotel to the marina. The person they coordinated picked us up in a very old, work style van that was uncomfortable and made the ride to the marina very uncomfortable, to the point of being nauseous from the way the van moved. They charge $200 for round trip (without tip which is stated repeatedly) and I didn’t even take the ride back. I called an Uber and the trip was $80 bucks in a very nice car. The driver was upset and met me at my hotel to make sure I got paid and also tipped him. So there went another $300 bc I didn’t have change. Worst part of an otherwise amazing experience.
